Interested in becoming involved with our group?
We host networking and information events where we invite local pelvic floor physiotherapists to our lab to learn about current research and answer related questions. In the past we have had local gynecologists, researchers and therapists come to present in our lab. These nights provide an excellent opportunity for inter and intra-professional collaboration, working towards closing communication gaps and enable more comprehensive, patient-centered care.
If you would like to be added to our invitation list for these events please contact us, introducing yourself and explaining your interest.
To find information about previous Physio Nights, as well as Physio Specific content, please click here: MFM Physio Space. This section is password protected. If you are a pelvic health physiotherapist and are interested in accessing this information, please contact us to find out how.
Local clinicians are also linked through Facebook and can be found under “Ottawa-Gatineau Women’s and Pelvic Health Physios”. This initiative is lead by Andrea Plitz, an Ottawa-based pelvic physiotherapist and pelvic physio advocate. Please click button below to request access!
