We were able to (responsibly) gather last week to say thank you and farewell to Dr. Joanna Reeves, and thanks to our summer contract Team.
Dr. Joanna Reeves is a post-doc hailing from England, and reached us via a posting at the University of Guelph. She is doing important work on indwelling fine-wire electrodes. Publication alert 🙂 https://www.researchgate.net/deref/http%3A%2F%2Fdx.doi.org%2F10.1016%2Fj.jelekin.2020.102461, and stay tuned for follow-up work from her time with us! She has been an invaluable team member, and she will be sadly missed.
Our summer contract team consisted of Layla Mitri, Samantha Boucher, and Mikaela Fournier-Moar (yes, her initials are MFM – was it fate?). These young and brilliant womxn brought their best, and were incredible assets for our work, despite COVID hurdles. Thank you!!! We look forward to continuing to work with you!
P.S. Marina Petter has made it back home safely to Brazil. Here is to continued work with her!
